Any item or items purchased from the website can be returned within 5 days after purchase less the 10% restocking fee
Due to the nature of my product, Faces by Brittany will not accept any item that appears to be worn such as glue on the lash strip, damage, cut, or altered
The customer must contact Faces by Brittany via email at:
[email protected] prior to sending any item back.
Faces by Brittany is not responsible for the return shipping fee and any item lost in transit
The customer must provide via email the tracking number of the return item. This will guarantee the receipt of the item
Once the item is inspected and found to be unused then the refund will be returned onto the original form of payment
